MRS. OWEN

Hello! My name is Tracy Owen and I am your third grade teacher at St. Ann's School. This is my ninth year teaching 3A and I am absolutely loving it!
This blog is dedicated to the classroom happenings at St. Ann's School; whether it be extra enrichment for classroom lessons, updated pictures of our school activities, or up-to-date notes from me to you about upcoming events.
My goal is for all students to master multiplication, read with comprehension, read with comprehension using critical thinking techniques, and write at a skill level that it appropriate for their age. Students will also have an opportunity to participate in a study of the religious lives of the Saints in a project that spans all subject areas.

Our class is extremely active and creative! Please follow this blog to see the inner workings of our third grade program and to find information on how to further extend your child's learning.

About Mrs. Owen:
I was born and grew up in Midland, Texas. I am an alumni of St. Ann's School. I attended St. Ann's starting in Pre-K3 and graduated from the 8th grade. Outside of teaching, I enjoy playing tennis. I am the tennis coach for the middle school tennis team at St. Ann's. I love spending time with my wonderful husband and our 3 dachshunds: Pearl, Dexter, and Link.
